Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing at No Cost to You
We can test anyone that has symptoms of COVID-19 and will provide results within 15 minutes.
You must be showing symptoms of Influenza or COVID-19 to be tested.

How it Works:
- Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 can be tested with no out-of-pocket cost.You do NOT have to be a patient of Koch Family Medicine to receive testing.
- Sign up for testing by calling our office at 309-291-0585.
- Upon arrival at Koch Family Medicine, park near a sign that says "COVID Testing" and call the number listed on the sign to let our staff know you are in the parking lot. Please have your insurance card available at this time so we can make a copy when we get to your car; there will be no cost to you for the testing (if you do not have insurance, the test is still free).
- We will come out to your car to collect your information and do the rapid COVID-19 antigen test. You can perform the nasal swab yourself under the direction of our clinical staff, or we can do the swab for you.
- Results will be given, within 15 minutes, before you leave the parking lot.
