Koch Clinical Research is partnering with Novartis to treat patients with high cholesterol who are not currently on any other cholesterol medications. Almost 2 in 5 adults in the US have high cholesterol, which increases risk for heart diseases and stroke. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a study drug in lowering cholesterol levels in patients with elevated LDL levels between 100MG/DL and 190MG/DL.
To qualify: 

• You must be age 18-75
• You must have elevated LDL levels between 100MG/DL and 190MG/DL
  
• You must not have had any lipid lowering therapy in the past 90 days
